Person Centred Services

COPE Foundation is committed to responding to people in a person centred way thus ensuring that those who use it’s services can tell us what’s important to them and are supported to remain in control of their lives. The aim of this on going process is to facilitate an improvement in the individual’s quality of life and to promote a culture within the organisation whereby people are continually listened to so that that everything we do is based upon what matters to the individual. This approach takes strong direction from all that’s deemed best practice from a civil and human rights perspective and underpins the support planning process within the organisation.
