

The Bonnington Training Centre in Montenotte provides a Rehabilitative Training programme for approximately 45 trainees. Various programmes covering education, personal/ social skills, practical work skills, leisure, recreation and physical activities are provided.


Doras at Penrose Wharf provides Rehabilitative Training for persons with a mild intellectul disability who are over 16 years of age.
Programmes delivered aim to develop the personal, social and work skills of the trainees, with a view to attaining supported or open employment. Programmes are accredited by FETAC.


This service is located at Vicar's Road and has achieved the ISO quality award. All clients are engaging in educational, social and work activities of their own choosing. A variety of modules are available to clients including computer skills, literacy classes, art, drama, etc. Many clients are availing of the supported work opportunities within their own communities.


Hollyhill Developemntal Centre caters for 96 adults.There are a wide range of developmental programmes for clients to choose from, including: communication, numeracy, literacy, gardening, arts and crafts, music/dance/drama/, personal development, community integration, PE, multi-sensory experiences and cookery.


The John Bermingham Centre,located in Glasheen, provides services to over 220 adults. Developmental programmes include computers, cookery, art, personal development, leisure recreation, motor and sensory programmes, physical activities and contract work.
Participation in community based activities such as bowling and cinema is also encouraged and facilitated.


Based at Quarterstown Industrial Estate, catering for 60 persons, this centre has achieved the ISO quality award. Clients are involved in rehabilitative training, work, social and recreational activities. Many clients receive certification from FETAC and the National Proficiency Tests Council. Several clients avail of supported work opportunities in their communities.


This day centre caters for around 60 persons from the West Cork area and is an ISO quality approved centre. Clients are involved in training, social/ recreational and work related activities. A Rehabilitative Training programme is provided offering modules in education, personal, social and work related skills. The Centre is registered with FETAC as a provider of training at Level 1, 2 and 3. A number of clients are placed in supported employment in West Cork.


The developmental centre at Broomfield, Midleton provides day services to 52 clients from the East Cork area.
The clients are engaged in a wide range of activities, including art, crafts, literacy, drama, recreational and social activities. Clients availing of the day service regulalrly partake in community based activities.


Dun Aoibhinn, Fermoy provides developmental day service for over 30 adults with mild and moderate degrees of intellectual disability. Programmes include education, art, crafts, literacy, drama, recreational and social activities. Clients are also given the opportunity to access activities in the community and partake in prgrammes with pupils at the local school.
