Step up while you stay home.

Take on Munster’s highest peaks and go the (social) distance for Cope Foundation with your friends, family or colleagues. Cope Foundation’s 5 Peaks 1 Week campaign shines a light on 5 of Munster’s highest mountains and asks Teams to challenge themselves from home by walking, running, cycling and even getting up and down the stairs to really feel the pull of the peak!

The 5 Peaks are:

· Knockboy, County Cork

· Moylussa, County Clare

· Knockmealdown, County Waterford

· Galteemore, County Limerick and County Tipperary

· Corrantuathail, County Kerry

You can set up your Team's online page in one of two ways:

a. Set up your Facebook Fundraiser by clicking here. It's really easy! Make sure to select Cope Foundation as your chosen charity. You can keep your supporters up to date on your progress here while raising much needed funds for Cope Foundation.

or

b. Set up your iDonate Fundraiser by clicking here. Again, it's really simple to do. Make sure to select Cope Foundation as your chosen charity and in the 'Events list', you will find 5 Peaks 1 Week which you must also select

In just 1 week, your Team needs to clock up the KMs equivalent to going up and down the 5 Peaks.*

*We trust that participants will adhere to the various public health restrictions. From 8th June, you will be able to travel up to 20KM away from your home
