February Fitness Challenge
Taking on a fitness challenge is a great way to keep healthy and try something new.
For the month of February, we are asking people across Cork to celebrate and open their communities by committing to the #FebruaryFitnessChallenge, all while raising much needed funds in aid of Cope Foundation.
#MoveYourWay, you decide where, you decide when.
From a morning walk to a cycle in the afternoon, whatever kind of fitness activity you decide to do in your chosen community, we'll support you every step of the way.
You choose your activity. You make the rules.
Take the Challenge on your own and achieve a personal fitness goal. Or, create a Challenge for you and your colleagues, friends or family.
How do I get involved?
1. Register and choose a fitness activity! Looking for some inspiration? Check out a list of ideas here.
2. Motivate + Donate - Set up your fundraiser
Set up your Facebook Fundraiser. It's really easy! Make sure to select Cope Foundation as your chosen charity. You can keep your supporters up to date on your progress here while raising much needed funds for Cope Foundation.
If you are fundraising as a Team, iDonate is a great way to raise funds.

All funds you raise will go towards enhancing the lives of people with an intellectual disability and/or autism across Cork city and county.
