Register here and kick off 2022 the right way by taking on the 300,000 Steps Challenge for Cope Foundation!

We are delighted to have EY on board once again as main sponsors of this campaign.

What is it?

The challenge is to walk 300,000 steps in the month of February in aid of Cope Foundation.

How do I do it?

1. Register  for the 300,000 Steps Challenge online here.

2. Walk over 10,000 steps each day in February. With most of us spending more time than ever at home, the 300,000 Steps Challenge offers people a great way to stay active and moving throughout February. You can track your steps by using an app on your phone or your wearable activity tracker. As there are only 28 days in February there is an extra challenge to get your 300,000 steps done. You can also use our handy printable Step Tracker if you'd like to track your steps each day and week yourself

3. Set up your Facebook Fundraiser by clicking here. It's really easy! Make sure to select Cope Foundation as your chosen charity and you can extend the date of your fundraiser by following these guidelines. You can keep your supporters up to date on your progress here while raising much needed funds for Cope Foundation. If you don't have Facebook you can also set up a Just Giving page here

4. Join the Cope Foundation 300,000 Steps Facebook Group, there will be plenty of information, support and tips to help you reach your 300,000 step target.

All funds raised will go towards empowering people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism across Cork city and county.

You won't just be doing something great for Cope Foundation by taking on the 300,000 Steps Challenge, walking 10,000 steps a day is also really good for you!
