What We Do

North Lee ASD Service

 

North Lee ASD Service provides supports for children and adolescents from birth to 18 years of age who have received a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder.


North Lee ASD Service provides supports for children and adolescents from 3 to 18 years of age who have received a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

North Lee ASD Service only supports people who live in the North Lee Area as set by HSE.

Members of the team also offer support services for parents and families of children with a diagnosis of ASD.

North Lee ASD Service works with schools by offering support and guidance teaching staff in classes for pupils with ASD.

The team carries out multidisciplinary assessments of Autism Spectrum Disorders.

These assessments often take place through requests from the HSE under the Assessment of Need process.

North Lee Autism Spectrum Disorder Team provides a range of services including the following:

Social Work.

Speech and Language Therapy.

Psychology.

Occupational Therapy.

The service is based in Bridgeway, Penrose Wharf, opposite Jury’s Inn near the bus station in Cork City centre.
