Cope Foundation is on a journey of transformation. The disability sector as a whole is in a time of significant change. There is a move away from supporting people in large segregated services, towards community based, individualised models where people are supported as equal citizens. Our organisation is committed to this rights-based and person-centred social model and we are developing big plans to make sure we can provide this.
Right now, Cope Foundation is working on its new Strategic Plan for 2022 – 2025. This Plan will guide our work and the development of our services and supports for the next 3 years. Every single person has a part to play in the journey our organisation is on and that is why we are consulting with staff, people we support and families so that everyone’s views are represented in the Strategic Plan.

We have developed surveys for people we support, families, and staff. These surveys give you the opportunity to share your ideas, concerns, and thoughts about services and supports. It is so important that we hear from you.

Your feedback and input will be incorporated in a holistic way in the development of the new Strategic Plan. The surveys are completely anonymous and there is no way to identify survey participants.
