This year, Flowers of Hope takes place from 23rd March - 5th April.

Flowers of Hope is a fundraising campaign that has been running for over forty years. There are so many really great ways for people to get involved.

No matter where you are, you can take part.

Why not have a Go Floral Day. Wear something floral (dig out that lovely floral dress or shirt) and donate €4 to Cope Foundation, text COPECORK to 50300 share your floral selfie with the hashtag #FlowersOfHope. 100% of your donation goes to Cope Foundation across most network operators. Some operators apply VAT which means that a minimum of €3.25 will go to Cope Foundation. Service provider: LIKECHARITY. Helpline: 076 680 5278

You could organise a Flowers of Hope Coffee Break or Bake Off at work, school or in your local community and share a cuppa for Cope.

Or why not lace up those runners and do a Flower Power Walk at lunchtime with your colleagues, friends or classmates (and send us your photos and videos).

To kick things off early we will have a mega street collection on Friday 13th of April.

We will have a bumper Coffee Break in Electric on the South Mall on Tuesday 31st of March.

Come to our Flowers of Hope Gardening Demo with celebrity gardener Peter Dowdell (from the Today Show, C103 and more). Peter will give a demo at Beech Hill Garden Centre (Montenotte) on Saturday 28th of March Tickets (15euro) will be available soon.

'Petals and Prosecco' with The Flowersmith Studio takes place on Sunday 29th of March in Crawford & Co. Guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco as they create their very own flower crowns with fresh beautiful flowers, followed by a delicious brunch. The perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Tickets will be available online shortly.

Right across Cork city and county, schools, businesses and communities will be bringing more colour to Cork with Flowers of Hope. Keep an eye on this page and our social media for dates and times of events that you can support.

Our Flowers of Hope Collection Day takes place on Tuesday 13th April at:
